Some homes require additional coverage based on size. To keep pricing fair and transparent:
- Homes 3,000–4,000 sq. ft. → +$10 per service
- Homes 4,000–5,000 sq. ft. → +$20 per service
- Homes over 5,000 sq. ft. → Custom quote available
Terms & Conditions
- Offer applies to residential homes under 3,000 sq. ft. with lawn areas up to 7,000 sq. ft.
- Requires five or more participating homes on the same street or in the same neighborhood
- Bi-monthly general pest control service only
- Specialty services (mosquito, termite, rodent, bed bugs, etc.) are not included but may be added separately
- Homes exceeding size limits or outside standard service zones may require adjusted pricing
- New residential customers only
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
